1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Standard Returns (within 30 days):
If you wish to return a product within 36 hours of delivery, a delivery charge of BDT 250 will be deducted from your refund.
For returns initiated after 36 hours of delivery and within the 30-day window, 35% of the product's price will be deducted from your refund.
The returned item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 09638609480. We will provide instructions on how to send back your item. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately upon delivery.
Returns for damaged or defective products are free of cost.
Upon verification of the damage or defect, we will exchange the product free of delivery cost. Please contact us at 09638609480 to arrange the return and exchange.
Incorrect Size Received (Our Error):
If you ordered a specific size and we inadvertently sent you the wrong size, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
We will exchange your product within the next 7 working days at no additional delivery cost to you. Please ensure the product is unworn, with all original tags, and in its original packaging for exchange.

Refund Processing:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition according to the applicable policy (standard, damaged, or size error), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, deducting any applicable charges as per this policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order as soon as possible, provided that the order has not already been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may follow our Return Policy upon receipt of the items.
